By name of Gypsy Horse, Gypsy Cob, Gypsy Vanner, Irish Cob, Irish Tinker, the horses are the same.
There are just different registries for them.  The quality is in the horse, not which registry it is in.
Please don't be fooled by those who would have you think otherwise.
